Covid-19 Update

We're currently still able to take orders! However, due to new precautions and certain closures in Canada, there may be delays in production & shipping. We appreciate your patience and stay safe!

Production

All our pieces are made-to-order so we ask for 6-7 business days for production after placing your order. Additional time may be required for orders with multiple pieces. You'll receive an email when you submit your order & another when the package is sent out.

Custom orders take longer to produce (about 10-15 business days). We ask that you contact us 4 -6 weeks in advance for any custom designs you'd like to create.

Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, USA, and parts of Europe. For international shipping, please contact us: hi@kohlstudio.com

• Shipping cost depends on the product size, quantity, and weight (you can see the rates at check-out)
• Additional costs may be incurred for multiple pieces
  
• For international orders, there may be customs charges, however we are not responsible for those
  
• Most shipping options include tracking, which will be emailed to you once the order's shipped
  
• Please make sure your address is correct at check out. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed orders will be sent back to us and a reshipment costs will be charged once we've confirmed an updated address with you
  

Orders are shipped within 6-7 business days.Delivery times:

• Canada: typically 8-10 business days
• USA: typically 10-14 business days

REturns & Exchanges

Please note that because our pieces are made-to-order, we do not take returns or exchanges. If your product is received with a defect from shipping, please contact us at hi@kohlstudio.com & we will gladly sort it out! Any issues must be submitted within 2 weeks of delivery.
